Burnout 3 ps2 memory card problem . submitted by spenot on sun, 11/02/2008 - 17:00. hi guys, i bought a copy of burnout 3 (platinum edition) for the ps2 a while ago and like it a lot - unfortunately i can't really enjoy it because i can't save my progress to either of my memory cards. i can't save my progress to either of my memory cards. When i start takedown and create the profile and try to save it, it says there was a problem when saving to the memory card. then it says to insert a ps2 memory card.. My ps2 does that to sometimes, well cause it's 7 years old and everything is going bad on it. the only thing i can think of is calling up sony.
